Drem APK Download: Install the App on Android

To download the Drem APK, load Drem’s own site in the browser of your Android phone and press the Download button in the strip that runs across the top. The app is not in an app store, so that site is the one place to take the file from, and installing it takes a few minutes once you allow your browser to install apps.

What you need before you start

• An Android phone. APK files do not run on an iPhone; see the iPhone note further down.
• A steady connection, so the download is not cut off halfway.
• Some free storage. The size of the file is not published where we could check it; your browser shows it as the download begins.
• A phone that is not too old. The Android version the app needs is not stated publicly either. If your phone refuses the install, the mobile site still works.

Six steps from download to first login

1. Go to Drem’s site on the phone itself. Use the button above or enter the address by hand. Do not follow a link that was forwarded to you in a chat.
2. Press Download in the strip at the top of the site.
3. Keep the file. Browsers warn about every APK that comes from a website. If you are on Drem’s own site, choose “Download anyway”.
4. Open the file from the download notification or from the Downloads folder.
5. Allow the install. If Android stops you, tap Settings on the prompt, turn on the “Allow from this source” switch for the browser you used, and go back.
6. Press Install and, when it finishes, Open. Then sign in, or create an account with a mobile number.

What the Android prompts mean

After the install

• Close the door behind you. In Settings, find your browser under Apps and switch that same permission back off.
• Check the permissions. Look at what the app asks for and refuse anything you are not comfortable with.
• Update the same way. No store will update this app for you. When a newer build is announced in the app, fetch the new APK from Drem’s site and install it on top of the one you have.

Drem on iPhone

There is no Drem APK for iPhone, because APK is an Android format. Load Drem in Safari, tap Share, then pick Add to Home Screen. The shortcut starts the mobile site from an icon, and the lobby and your account are the same as on Android.

Files to stay away from

A “Drem mod”, “hack” or “predictor” APK does not change how the games work. Its job is to collect your login. The same goes for any copy that reaches you through a messaging group or a download portal: it could be an old build or a tampered one. If a file did not come from Drem’s own site, delete it.
